Memorial Day

Today is memorial day for those of us in the US. Another time where a majority of our nation goes out, gets drunk, grills, and generaly just enjoys a day off. For me though it's a day of rememberance. Today is a day to honor those that have fallen. Whether it be someone you knew personally or someone who was gone long before you were even born. Today I will go to the local Vietnam Memorial and remember. Not because I don't enjoy the day off, but because I will always remember the sacrifices of those that truly gave their all for me to live the way that I do.So to all you who are out enjoying your day, please remember those who gave everything for it. I know I will.
